Life

Life is a funny thing;
with life there is death,
with death there is sadness,
with sadness there are
new beginnings.
we start young,
and grow old,
we learn to love,
we learn to accept.

Life isn't always easy;
but we always make it through,
its a journey,
from start to finish,
we face many battles
even in the hard times,
if we come out with a smile,
sometimes, just sometimes
its all worthwhile

Life is a blessing;
to be able to breathe,
think and do what we can
anything is possible.
there are no limits, just obstacles
in time we learn what life's about
its about you, me, everyone
in the end its all about
the friends you've made along the way

    I like it alot... .. it is true to life.. and is eye opening to the commonalities of life that are for the most part overlooked... i like overviews of life .. and that was a great title for your poem .. i like it ^_^
