My final plea

by ElegantlyWasted   Jan 7, 2005

I wore a ring of friendship
That symbolized our bond
Never did i expect this
Because i thought we were strong

All the nights on the phone,
I wept over your pain
Constant days we spent shopping
Alone, just aren't the same

Remember sleeping over
And taking long walks alone
I can still recall the concerts
And the jokes of our own

What about the teachers
We'd terrorise after school
The late night binge eating
Was always "Cjaos cool"

But i have just one question
Girl why did you leave me?
Was i not a sufficient friend?
Did not all your pain i see?

You said that I'd lied
But i did nothing of the sort
Can't you see he's set me up
He's the pathetic reason we've fought

I was so much stronger
With you firmly by my side
Now I'm slowly breaking
But my emotions i will hide

So I'll make my final plea
For our friendship to re-ignite
But if you reject my apology
Then you aren't worth the fight

-Mmm about the cjaos part...just something she used to say-
