Saying Good-bye

by Lithium   Jan 23, 2005

My soul cries and try’s to escape from me,
Each night I am lying in the dark, waiting for it to leave me,
Some day it will fly away, and see the pearly gates of heaven,
Until that day it will weep in its sad sorrow,

My heart beats, but its very weak,
It keeps me alive, even if it’s just barely,
One more second, one more minute,
Just to say good-bye to the ones I love most,

I love you mother,
I love you father,
I love you older sister,
And I love you younger brother,

The day has arrived, the day were my soul go,
I have said all my good-byes and I love you's,
To everyone who is close,
And I hope them all the very best,

But there is only one person, who I will truly miss,
The one who made, my heart beat,
The one I wished to kiss once more,
Before I picked up the silver blade that was lying on the floor.
