Why bother reading this
It’s not a big deal
It’s just another poem
About a heart that can’t heal

It’s just another rhyme
About a girl with a broken heart
All because of some guy
Who tore her world apart

It’s about a guy who left
Who just up and left a girl
Without any particular reason
And without saying a single word

It’s about a girl who cries
And constantly cuts her wrists
She watches the blood pour
And feels nothing but pure bliss

It’s just a story of depression
Nothing but heartbreak and tears
Constant cutting and drinking
And losing love was the only fear

It’s just another story about
Feeling sorry for yourself
The only difference is it ends
With the girl her killing herself

No one should ever have to die
Because they never felt happy
Everyone has a reason to live
Even if that person is me
