Depression

Lurking in the darkness
waiting to attack
it lies in the shadows
waiting for its chance
waiting for you to fall
so it can kill you
so it can brall

it waits
it watches
it sees
and it plans

it bites with teeth like steel
it hits the heart like a 10 pound sludge
it breaks the mind
it twists you with pain
it reaps your demise
it does all despise
so rise or fall
die or crawl

it will break your spirit
but nothing can you do
all you can do is be happy
