The Unknown Love

by David Paul   Mar 12, 2005

He looks to his side and see's her talking,

Staring in awe as she flips her hair,

most people would call what he's doing stalking,

but this love struck young man doesn't care,

The only thing he wishes is that he could talk to her,

They've commented to each other but nothing more,

His heart aches for her as he wants her more than ever,

The pain he has put himself through reaches to the core,

He speaks to someone else in a lower than normal voice,

She turns and flashes a smile that makes him want to melt,

He stares into her eyes and realizes he doesn't have a choice,

"I can't live without her," he says to
himself "this is something I've never felt,

Then he remembers when love was so much simpler than this,

When you could just tell them that you liked them,

Buts its now so difficult for this boy who has never felt a womens soft kiss,

This boy who believes he has found the greatest gem,

He wishes more than anything that they could talk,

Look into each others eyes and just stare,

Then maybe together hand in hand take a long walk,

And spend countless hours talking about why is life not fair,

Once again he longs for her soft lips to be on his,

Dreaming fo it is as close as he has ever been,

He alks himself, "How do people go on living like this,"

"Not telling her I love her is as bad as a sin,"

He looks to his side like he does every day and sees her ,

Crying aloud for no one to hear but himself "Could we ever be,"

"Or am I destined to only dream of her forever,"

His wish is for his love for her she needs to see.

Please comment on. I want to know ya'll think.
