Double Agent

Like a double agent.
Smiling to one,
yelling at another.
Borderline maniac.
Complete and utter desolation.
Lost in herself, with no way out.
Shoulders of plastic lent for help.
But there's no way out.
In too deep now,
right off the end this time.
Like a ship to set to sail,
her time has come and gone.
Life crawls on,
leaving her in pieces.
Yet no one knows.
Mistress of deception.
Picture of perfection.
Chaos boils inside, burning deeply.
Love cools the edges,
but the fire burns on.
Lost in her own world.
Two sides to every coin.
