Destiny, Can't You Hear Me?

by Lauraballz   May 12, 2005

Destiny, I'm calling you,
As at your feet I kneel.
I'm asking you to change your ways and these things I feel.

Destiny, please hear my cry,
And take away this pain.
There's a throbbing here upon my heart; I'm barely keeping sane.

Destiny, I'm asking you,
To kindly bend the rules.
Proposing you should rid my head of such infectious fools.

Destiny, are you listening?
I've asked so many times,
In so many varied ways and so many pitied rhymes.

Destiny, I'm crying now,
It hurts so much to see,
How everything I've tried to change is still affecting me.

Destiny, it's not that hard,
I'm asking you a favour.
I must not be the only girl that's asked you please to save her?

Destiny, can't you hear me?
I've been shouting for so long.
My throat's so sore and dry inside from singing the same song.

xXx
