No One Knows

No one knows what its like
No one knows what I fight
All the thoughts that go through my head
All the tears that I shed

No one is even there
No one seems to care
I always feel alone
No one even calls me on the phone

I always think I’ll be all right
I will fight this with all my might
This all hides behind my smile
I’m only going to last for a little while
