Present Days

by Heather M Craig   May 26, 2005

Seven individualistic souls
of triumphs, trials, and treasures
combined into one endless love
of simplistic but blissful pleasures.

Dirt wars and watter battles,
infinite laughs and infamous food names.
Swings, slides, and scary children
--deep talks to childish games.

Nothing compares to the days of present
-so much I tend to savor each day
because my past has always sought this dream
and tomorrow it can be taken away.

Heather M Craig.
