Revenge of the unknown

by Elynnka   Jun 24, 2005

The horrors that lay outside, the grief and despair,
All those malevolent people who don’t care…
All of them gathered to make our lives sad
And still they blame it all on us if we get mad…

I wonder what they expect us to do when we feel down,
Should we keep it all inside and scream without a sound?
All of you out there who hurt others to show your “might”
Remember that we won’t give up without a fight…

The day will come when you’ll beg for forgiveness,
But we’ll pretend deaf and let you drown in darkness…
We’ll let you see how pretty it is when you feel broken,
When you wait in vain for soft words that shall not be spoken…

This is the revenge of all those who hurt, the unknown,
The ones for which care you have never shown…
May you choke on every word you hurt us with, the blame,
May all your dreams be shattered and your names covered up in shame…
