Lost in nothingness

by Elynnka   Jul 11, 2005

Here without you I am standing alone
I’ve wandered too far, away from my home.
I’ve reached the streets where the light is dim,
Where all seems evil and landscapes look grim.

Here beneath the trees which slowly seem to fade,
I sit and contemplate upon all the games you played.
And all the thoughts of you and memories turn to dust
When I remember that your love was nothing but pure lust.

Walking down this endless road I can always see
A reflection of darkness revealing the real me:
Someone who was lost in the nothingness she bared,
But who now is left alone again and is running scared.
