The car ride home

by RachelAnne   Jul 22, 2005

I sit here in my place,
in this little tiny space,
All the while i think of you,
You have left... what do I do?

Grandma I love you
Grandma come back!
Grandma I miss you
Grandma my heart is black!

Inside our car i think about you,
Is it true?
I love you
Why did you leave so soon?

No one understands the love we had!
No one really cares

I told you everything!
and this is what I get?
I wanted you to stay
but thats all I can say

Im in the car ride home from seeing your body
I want to hug you and heal your limp
but all I can do is cry and think of our times

I love you grandma
and always will

*i wrote this on my car ride home from my grandmas funeral i was very close please rate or comment show the love if there is any

So much grief and sadness, I'm sorry for your loss. The emotions flowed completely out of this piece.

    Warmest regards,
