To Offer

by Kaitlin Kristina   Jul 29, 2005

A promise now broken, cast against words once meant. A background of good intentions foreshadows insecurities; amidst tempered contention. “Please don’t beg me not to leave, I’ll do what I must despite your plead.” Make it harder, rub salt in my wound, self inflicted, misconstrued.

To be forever, to be tonight, enjoy me now, resist to fight.

Be that way. Go to bed mad. I don’t give a fukk.

For it’s all I have.

I don't dig this Kaitlin. It reads to me like you are still totally caught up in the swell of this piece..and have not the emotional or mental distance to make this idea a good piece of writing.

    It has all the ingridients.
