Some feelings cant just come and go

My feelings are like a ship
They take much time to halt
But its not the same for others
Does that mean its my fault?

My feelings aren't like a tap
They cant just be turned off and on
They aren't there one minute
Then the next they be gone

My feelings are like thick ice
They take time to melt
Is this the same for anyone else?
Or just the way my feelings got dealt?

My feelings aren't like the weather
Changing all the time
They will stay strong
Even through this rhyme

My feelings love or hate
Take time to go away
Not something that i can change
When i feel like it, one day

*might have wrote a poem similar to this, but this one is more about hate than love, i don't see how someone can be b-i-t-c-hing about someone else, say they will never speak to them again, then be friendly to them, why say that stuff in the first place?*
