What is Love?

Love, what is it really,
Is it something serious or silly,
Can you catch it, or will it find you,
And the real big question is who,

Do you feel it or not,
And will it make you all hot,
Is love a want or a need,
Does love grow like a seed,

If one wants, how do they get,
Can this love, not be given but lent,
A feeling of protection and hope,
Would I turn this down, nope,

To make one happy and never sad,
But maybe love can be bad,
What if love clouds ones mind,
Makes their true feelings hard to find,

Can love posses one’s thoughts,
Will love be a lesson taught,
I believe love is a happy thing,
Having it makes me wanna sing,

To go out and share it with all,
Pass it to someone like a ball,
Share it with someone that you care for,
Make it grow more and more,

Now effecting two not one,
Love was completed, now it’s done,
Maybe done, but it still can grow,
To your partner, you must show,

Never give up, because it’s always there,
To last forever, if you both care
