Memories Gone

by Love Fallacy   Aug 26, 2005

All this came and hit me in the face,
No more love from you to embrace,
What we had was so special and great,
I can remember our very first date,

To the movies we went on that night,
The most beautiful girl was in my sight,
That day I will never forget,
Next to such a special girl I got to sit,

In my bed we laid one day,
You leaned over to me with something to say,
“I want to try something” is what you said,
My first kiss to me you fed,

After that our relationship started up grand,
You were my lady and I was your man,
Anything I would do for you,
The love that we shared was so true,

Over time experiences we shared,
Each one of us their to hold and care,
On the beach, do you remember our picnic,
You by far were the hottest chick,

Feeding each other fruit I won’t forget,
A strawberry in your mouth I set,
All the fun nights in my room,
Some even staring out at the moon,

So many things that you have taught me,
I learned to love, as you can see,
Everything that we have done,
Now closing the door it might be gone,

No more fun memories that we can share,
That phrase is right about life not being fair,
Cause in my life I only want memories of one girl,
This girl means more to me that the whole world,

If only I could have her back,
New memories I could then stack,
I don’t want these memories to go,
I don’t want them to be buried deep down below,
My love for you I wish was enough,
To get you back it will be tough,
God, just one wish I wish you would have gave,
I would simply choose my relationship to save,

Back together is what I plan on,
It is all up to you Shannon,
My love for you will always be there,
Just take some time, I hope you care,

I want you to love me too,
All these memories gone, is what you might do,
We can make things work I know for a fact,
An agreement in our relationship, just like a pact,

To love one another for ever and ever,
Our relationship line we can not sever,
I can only hope that you have a place for me,
Cause in my heart, your place I don’t want to go free
