Started off as nobody
Now more than somebody
From the bottom to the top
Rap and hip-hop

Kim's his ex-wife
Halie's his baby
Superstar rapper
His name is slim shady

Doubted by many
He made them see
That having much success
Was in his destiny

Had many hard times
But he stayed strong
Many people judged him
But they were wrong

He has his own record company
And he's in a band
No one believed in him
Till Dre gave him a hand

Took the industry by storm
Idolized by millions
Even starred in a film
He's surely worth billions

He has done so much
Was going to do much more
Suffered from exhaustion
He can't do this anymore

He's taking time out
And he deserves a rest
He was a massive rapper
I'd say the best

So much power through his words
He can not be dissed
So many people loved him
He will be missed

*Eminem has given up his solo career, hope this is accurate and does him justice*

    Awww... I LOVE emimen!! You did a great job on this, I absolutely loved it. Eminem has done so much for the rap industry, to me, he is the greatest rapper out there. Once again, you did a great job on this!

    Nice poem, really powerful... that maybe cos i love eminem though.... seriously though you've written this really well.
    By writing this it really makes people see what he's done and that although loads of people doubted him he's still managed to do well. Actually he's done more than well really hasn't he ?!

    that's absaloutly amazing!!! I absaloutly adored it!!!! It's so perfect, it's to bad he gave up his solo career but your right he daoes deserve a rest. Even though were all sad about that it makes us realize how much he's done and just how much he needs that break.
