I finally did it
i faced my biggest fear
i came to see you
for the first time in three year

I'm sorry it took so long grandma
but i reassured myself it would be alright
but i was wrong
thats when i started getting scared through the night

i thought you wouldn't forgive me

but grandma i really did try

id talk to you every night
whilst looking up at the stars
fighting each tear
it hurt, it was so hard

sometimes i felt you spoke back
you were there looking over me
but then i looked at my side
and realized thats where your always be
