What is the point

Life to me is a question mark
Concepts impossible to understand
A world full of pain
Too much pain to comprehend

What is the point in living?
When we hurt everyday
Is it all for one second of happiness?
Which will eventually slip away

What is the point in caring?
When people chuck it in your face
When the people you thought you loved
Are the ones that make you feel like a disgrace?

Why do people feel empty?
Why bother living a life of tears
Why do we put up will betrayal?
And suffer throughout the years

Why do I bother loving at all
When you do not truly love me
Why cant this world let me go
I just want to be set free
