Deadly Anticipation

by Timothy S   Sep 19, 2005

Watching, waiting with unpure anticipation
Time growing slower, can't stand to wait
Each tiny thread of hope snapping
One by one, I can see everything happening
Losing my life, my love, but gaining my insanity
The rope tightens, pretty soon...I'll be happy
The world will move on, the girl will find someone
But I let go of it all, the night I let it get at me
