A longing for that which I can't find
The key to love's dark door
To step past the euphoric state of mind
And seek one who means much more

I've stumbled down the broken road
Fallen, tripped and bled
I got back up, followed my code
"She's out there, somewhere" I said

There is no help along the way
I go this one alone
No help from angels, not today
No illuminated pathways shown

So wish me luck, I'm on my way
In search of pure true love
