For All You Readers

Right here in this site
there is something special
some great poems from beautiful people
gives tremendous motivation to survive
one fortunate day by mistake
somehow here I arrive
amazed within myself
asking, what better could I find?
so after so long, again started to write

though it was tough in the start
one new poem everyday right from my heart
more than anybody else, I enjoyed my own work
the first comment I received called me Jerk

I never imagined how tough getting remarks would be
out of frustration but with a smile I wrote "Rate Me"

bulls eye, one point every minute
by the time I could control myself, my face started glowing
i knew I have found friends
amazed to see the way points started flowing

once again regaining the will to live
though still sometimes past hurts
but my new friends have given me reason to forgive

atlast I could say, I Am Not Alone
every second poem is written in tears
every second poet is waiting to reach the destination unknown

here we all motivate each other
request them to stay strong
cutting / throwing life / yelling / suicide
emotional decisions but all so wrong

I write with company of wet eyes and a smile
I am sure every remark would make me jump a mile
these words have never been so touchy before
you creators out there, are my only cure

for all those, who have just come in
even i was depressed in the start
but dont you think of giving up so soon
this site is all about patience and appreciating black heart

    You've captured a lot of the spirit of the site in this poem. So many come back when needing that extra little help myself included. I love going back and reading older ones from fav authors and there ars many treasures to be found in yours. Take care.

    You can just write about anything... what an amazing talent you have. I really wish I could live in this great mind of yours even for just one day and value it even more. What a precious creation of god, its undeniable.
