The Voices

by RainbowSlider   Nov 18, 2005

Hi ya sexy.
Are you talking to me?
Yes, don't you remember me?
I think so.

Don't look at me that way
you aren't a dog.
We aren't even
the same species.

How many voices are there?
You tell me its your head.
I thought you was
someone I remembered.

You want me to come
when you call me
but you don't come
when I call you.

Who is this
and do I know you?
We are more than
one talking to you.

I gathered that
from your responses.
You chase that Frisbee
I would rather chase cars.

Honey, I met her
and she is nice.
But you have
to let go of us.

Don't listen to her.
She had me fixed
don't you remember?
I am still with you.

There are too many voices.
I can't make you all out.
You have to speak
one at a time.

Don't listen to us.
Use your own voice.
You're still alive.
Speak with your voice.
