A Christmas Prayer.

A Christmas Prayer:

My merciful Lord, please hear me out.
I offer you my prayer and hope you will grant your blessings to all humanity.
In this season when we rejoice in our Savior's holy birth,
I hope that you will touch the hearts and souls of those less fortunate.

In this world, I see so much pain,
so much suffering that I do mourn.
I hope that you will touch all those who are stricken by famine and those by disease.
Remove the curses of those chastised by poverty and grief.
Bring to all joy and peace,
help all those down trodden and saddened souls so they may have relief.

Take away all misery, sorrow and strife.
Place love and compassion in the hearts of all men whatever their race or creed.
Bring comfort to others who may mourn and may we all rejoice in our Lord's birth.

Amen

A beautiful prayer for the christmas season. May all those less fortunate than ourselves be granted their wish. May we all rejoice in unity and bring together the families across the world making peace and friendship among every community, race and religion.

Great poem, such heart writen within in it! to care for others on holidays and pray for them, extremely nice and we could use more of them. since most people are selfish and think only of their day. happy holidays!
