Take Me Back To My Childhood

This one is long, but then i have so much to say...i guess thats why we all are here!!

Its been years since i came to this part of town
though i cherish each moment that i spend here
but then a thought of returning back to present, puts me down
how i love these flashbacks, running inside me so clear

i still in this valley could hear my voice
still gets the vision of a happy boy, who looks like me
if we could once more go back to those days, if we have a choice
i am sure how desperate we all will be

there is that rock with my name
the one i created while playing game
never knew while carving it that day
touching it would ever make me feel this way

that tunnel behind bush is still so dark
where me and my secrets used to hide
memories of yesterday still light a spark
though every inch of my past has died

as i never knew the meaning of love is misery
so happy i used to be in my little world

blink of an eye & i could feel myself so old now
child breathes in me, though i hide him inside somehow

there is a tear in my every smile

i don't think you will be ever worth
for what i have left behind

turning religious seems to be the only way
as he could do miracles is what they say
i hope he would hear my screams while i pray
