No one understands

When I'm sad and need to talk
no one seems to hear.
When I'm scared and need to share that feeling
no one seems to feel fear.
When I stumble and hit the ground
no one wants to lend a hand.
I'm always here to help others
but when I need help...
... no one seems to understand!
