A day in the Christmas week

Its another day in the christmas week,
i can feel my feelings slowly sink

everyones happy all around,
but i dont care i wouldnt give a sound

all we do is give and get,
and usually the gifts we forget

when all along the meaning we push away,
i somehow do wish that it would stay

its hard to say why i dont believe,
for some reason i guess my thoughts i conceive

were supposed to be happy and joyful about,
everything going on this season throughout

all this season ill hide my feelings away,
because i know.. theres always another day
