ROUTE 666 REVISITED(written with Wayne Wilkinson)

by Gary Jurechka   Jan 1, 2006

Traveling down life's highway,
roadlines reflected off car windows
and onto my face.
Gloria Rose says,
"What a cool effect,
you look like a tiger
on the Serenghetti."
But I felt more like a
decadent denizen of Devil's Island,
time and unknown destinations
steering my destiny like a silent warden.
An escapee running for my life,
clueless as to
the meaning I seek.

And now she goes and says that shit about a tiger.

Awesome. Your ideas are portrayed really nicely, and it sounds poetic aswell. The last line was a good ending.
