Give It A Try

Yet another year passed by
another year i feel close to my end
time will never stop for anyone
& i'll give another try to find in you, a friend

this hope that we have in between us
is the only last chance, i'll explore again
this dream that is still breathing in between us
is the only cure to my everlasting pain

make me feel beautiful this year
for once just give these arms a chance to surround you
let my strength overshadow your fear
for once just let this phase of life fade through

we just can't be like any other lover
who realizes what they had after they say goodbye
how can we ever be like any other?
regretting lifetime rather than giving another try

let's burn each other with that touch
before this year passes by
as time will never stop for anyone
so let's give it a try
