My First Pray For Someone Else

Lord, pray to you for my father.
I hope you will protect him.
You do not have to forgive me.
I have done great wrong this I know.
Please, Lord let this only be a cold.
I do not need your help, but my father does.
I am not asking for you to heal him of everything.
I am not asking for more than this.
I do not care if you give me this sickness instead.
He is more important to me.
He has always been there to help me up.
He has done everything for everyone else.
Now,
I am asking for help, not for myself, but for the person that means the most to me in this world.
As a father yourself, Lord I hope you understand.
