I read through the other comments before commenting myself, because I wanted to get a feel for what people have already said. 'Written in Blood' commented that he/she wasn't thrilled by the poem, as wasn't sure how so short a poem could be considered so great. I think that what he/she failed to recognize is that the creation of an honest and straightforward poem that both follows a constrictive set of rules and that also boils down an idea to an element of truth is a rare one.

I thought the specificity of the bouncy balls and shatterproof glass was humorous, and added a personal element to this poem, which may otherwise have been a bit too dry and cold to be great.

Just curious.. But would i be the first person to not be seriously thrilled by this? I mean it is a great saying. But, i dont understand how short, quote-like, sayings can be

" I don't know what to say. This was amazing!"

Just saying because i notice those kind constantly make the top poems and i felt like i should inquiry to why they are so popular.
