One of those nights,
when I need someone to talk to.
One of those nights,
I needed someone to understand.
One of those nights,
I needed a helping hand.
One of those nights,
I can't sleep and everything seems hopeless.
One of those nights,
my blade looks really friendly.
One of those nights,
when the beautiful girl becomes ugly.
One of those nights,
when a sane person commits suicide.
One of those nights,
I look into the mirror and break it.
One of those nights,
I can't stop all the worries.
One of those nights,
I can stop the blood and pain.
One of those nights,
I see life's little insecurities.
One of those nights,
I see the prom queen getting in the car drunk with some strange guy.
One of those nights,
that doesn't seem so good.
One of those nights,
that ends someone's life.
One of those nights,
I put the blade to my arm.
One of those nights,
I die without a word.
One of those nights,
all that is left is a puddle of blood.
