Mythology

by Vashgunfighter   Feb 5, 2006

Shield your eyes, oh Apollo
For my brilliance is greater than yours.
Concede defeat, oh Ares
For by my sword you have been felled.
Follow my words, oh Athena
For my wisdom is infinite.
Dry your kingdom, oh Poseidon
For it is I who commands the seas.
Quake beneath me, oh Gaia
For I have dominion over earth.
Stay your hands, oh sisters of Fate
For my fate is my own.
Fear my cold grasp, oh Hades
For death cannot claim me.
Bow at these feats, oh Zeus
For I have conquered the myths.
The lore of yester-year.
Its stories weaken, and the memory fades.
