My Dilemma

I'm in a precarious situation,
and I'm not sure which road I should take.
My heart wants to go both ways.
It's the hardest decision I'm having to make.

All three of us are best friends-
him, her and myself.
Two girl friends who like the same guy friend;
my mind is screaming for help.

If he and I get together then she gets hurt.
I can't stab a friend in the back.
If him and her get together then I'm out of the picture,
but I can't live like that.

I'm stuck in a dilemma with no one to turn to
where my next step will seal my fate for me.
How my life will play out I don't know.
It's a little scary, but I guess I'll have to wait and see.
