A Pathological Liar

by Sarah Ann   Feb 13, 2006

Battered, beat and broken
Unforgiving hazel eyes
A girl almost of seventeen
Full of herself and utmost lies

Sick and tired of wishing
Lost in the darkest time...
She hopes for one to love her
To hear the words "She's mine"

Not one would hear her cries
Or sought the given favor
When crying out in bland mistrust
The thoughts they all would waver

The truth in all was lost at once
For better or for worse
And in plain words she was nothing
Just a walking, living curse

Frozen into stainless glass
Mislead into the world
A life so full of promises
And the lies of one lost girl

One pathological liar

A book of many flaws

All looked upon her in disgust

For that was who she was
