Myself Till the End

by David Marshall   Feb 16, 2006

Why can't people look at me,
for who I am?
My true side they never see,
I try to ignore, but never can.

I'm not like them,
I don't pretend.
I'll be what I've always been,
myself till the end.

I'm not going to be what you want.
You don't control me.
I'm not here to taunt,
because you don't agree.

I'm not going to change for you,
because you think your better.
Well I can be mean too,
Did you get my hate letter?

My life's my own.
It's not for sell.
And for all who judge me,
can all go to hell.
