The Love We Share

by Sylvia   Feb 20, 2006

This burning inferno
Dwells within my soul.
And its bright blaze,
So warm and kindled
Its embers shine for you.
You, a treasure worth more than any.
You, that one that I wish to embrace forever.
I cradled the tender love,
As a mother would her newborn.
I danced majestically,
Moving inside myself to the beat of your chamber.
The place which you stay and rest;
My heart.
I cherish you deeply.
God gave me something so pure.
So full of meaning
To rescue me.
To dance with me.
To sing with me.
For me to hold and grab onto when my legs faded beneath me.
You, my golden wings.
Floating me above dangers,
Protecting and guarding me for all eternity.
Remember
For all you do for me shall be rewarded.
I will be your sun
Your moon
Your stars
Your cosmic beauty
To match with you
You, the beauty that which the roses envy.
And you are my angel.
As I am your own.
You truly are
My guardian angel.
