Fading Away To Forgotten (Double Etheree)

by Lu   Feb 25, 2006

She's
grown old
tired, weak
forgotten soul
age her enemy
time passes in a blur
her once beautiful body
like a delicate sand sculpture
silky bronzed skin,one of perfection
washing away, fading, now forgotten

her painful cries of sadness,unnoticed
family has long now betrayed her
memories hold her fragile hand
comfort to her lonesome heart
tears fall from ancient eyes
flowing through a maze
of wrinkled skin
resting upon
frail ,weak
hands
