The Storm

When the clouds cry
and hold each other close
as i lay in my bed
is when i miss you the most

when the sky cracks
and lets out its roar
its then my heart hurts
and begins to feel sore

when the earth lets out its breath
and causes the trees to sway
is when i long for you
i wish you never went away
