Lying awake
waiting for 12 o//clock
waiting for a wish
to give him the key to my lock

the lock to my hart
been broken badly before
i want him to fix it
cause its still bruised and sore

but what hurts the most
is i dont even have a chance
you make my day
in the corridor with justa glance

my arm bleeds
as a punishment to me
why arnt i perfect?
like all the other girls i see?

im not pretty or fun
i get hurt by what people say
too shy to have real friends
im un-perfect every way

but hes amazing
i just wish we could be
but im way to young
hes got way better choice than me

to him i wish i meant something
more than justa silly little kid
my pillows wet with tears
and blood from where a razor slid

    Very sad poem and very good poem. Alot of feeling. Please don't cut yourself if you do....the last 2 lines were the best. 5/5 definitly

    i love the whole thing, actually. so sad...i'm sorry you feel this way.
    ah, and the comment you made on one of my poems, the one about the "racially-mixed relationship": i don't even know how to tell my parents i like him. i'm afraid they'll be disapointed in me. and, this boy, he doesn't exactly KNOW that i like him, and i'm not exactly sure if he likes me...but i still dream about it, ya know?
