The Real Me

by BlueEyedMystery   May 5, 2006

I don't know who I am,
I've lost myself in this land,
I'm so lost and scared,
Isn't anyone there?

Can't anyone see,
That this is not the real me,
The real me is hiding,
Because she's tired of all the fighting.

She wants to be found,
But there's no one around,
To help her be free,
Instead of being locked up inside of me.

Very sad poem. I know how it feels. I've written poems like that before. Look around my stuff, and you might find something you can relate to.
