Mom, Happy Mothers Day.

by BlueEyedMystery   May 12, 2006

I've been hard to live with,
Through all these years,
It's like I never fit,
Because I cried all those tears.

I'm sorry I was so bad,
And told all those lies,
I didn't mean to make you mad,
But I felt like I needed to hide.

You deserve a better child,
Not someone like me,
Someone who isn't wild,
And always agrees.

I can't be that child,
But i'll try my best,
To put on a smile,
And never be depressed.

So today on this mother's day,
I will do somthing right,
I'll tell you I love you,
Because I know that's right.

It's a really good poem. I didn't write my mom a poem, but I got her a bird in a nest sitting on two eggs. I am one egg, and my twin sister is the other. As for my brother, he's a year older and has already flwon the coop.
