Fimbulvintr

by Jacob Perry   Jun 2, 2006

Shall I compare thee to a long winter's night?
The cold winds blow briskly and whip at the light
The darkness apparent but hidden within
the temperature dropping freezing the skin
the night as it blackens shows no sign of fear
it clutches and kills those the most dear
The cold night then melts to a warm spring day
far more fair then any dare say
but fickle it is and so on and off
warmth trades for cold, low for aloft

*i know this may not seem to be in the correct location BUT the symbolism of it puts it here*
