Cherished forever

This is a message that I wrote when my mums best friend died. It's from my mum to her friend.

Dear friend
I know that you will remain forever in my heart,
but I still wish that we never had to part.
I will never loose the love I have for you today,
and I know, when I talk, you'll still hear what I say.
All the times we've shared have not been in vain,
in my mind all are memories shall play over again.
I'll never have to say a heartbreaking goodbye
because I know, wherever I am, you'll be watching from the sky.
You're an angel now, you can live up in the stars.
Few friendships in life can be cherished as beautifully as ours.
