Go on, take him

by justhere   Jun 6, 2006

I'm backing off
Take him
I'm ready to move on
Brains in the end will always defeat brawns
But I'm giving up
I won't even fight
Take out my memory, restart my life
I want to forgive
I need to forget
Everything I cried over I solemnly regret
Tongue tied and lost
Stumbling with memory
I want my heart to belong to me
I'm ready to start over
With a flick of the wrists
Not as easy as a magic trick
Too weak to bother
To cold to care
Don't look, ill break down with a single stare
Back off from the trigger
Pull the barrel from my head
No need to shoot, I'm already dead
No grip on my fingers
So I can't hang on
My sword no longer drawn
If it will help
I'll turn away
So in happiness, you can stay
Don't think of me
I no longer care
My heart won't even break, wont even tare
I'm giving up
I can't fight when I have already lost
I'm stepping back, from the line that I wont cross
