Midnight

Midnight

Shades of midnight
Splatter the wall
Unclothed lovers
Dance in the hall

Pride gives way
To starless night
All thatâ??s good
Need not be right

Morning tears
In bathroom stalls
LLustfullystares
Exchanged at balls

Lovers dreams
And
Sex starved schemes
Boys are boys
And
Men are queens

Shed your clothes
Shed your lies
Donâ??t look too hard
Donâ??t meet their eyes

Naked starlets
Dancing past
Each new lover
Same as the past

Those unchosen
Feel the shame
Standing naked
In the rain

Go with one
Or go with all
Lonely nights
Spent at the ball

Lovers dreams
And
Sex starved schemes
Boys and girls
Bow before queens

Midnight shadows
Cover the floor
The uninitiated
Bolt the door

Damn Tim... Dark and slightly mysterious. Another wonderfully written poem, which grabbed my attention all the way through. Your talent really shines through with this one!
