The Mad Hatter

by RainbowSlider   Jun 14, 2006

I am just mad about hats.
How about you, Alice?
Have a nice feathered hat.
The world is full of malice.
Oh, really I couldn't.
Have a nice Stetson hat.
Oh, really I shouldn't.
Have a nice baseball cap.
Oh, really I wouldn't.
The world is full of crap.
Then how about some more tea?
One lump or twenty?
But won't it make me pee?
Oh, one lump is plenty.
Have some nice cream pie.
But I am on a diet.
Delicious tasty pie.
OK, I will try it.
Have some sacred cow.
With barbecue sauce?
Of course, feel better now?
I was a rebel without a cause.
Of course you were dear.
Just put the world on pause.
There is really nothing to fear.
Hats are merely labels.
Life isn't always clear.
Life can get unstable.
