Well it's over now
between you and me.
And I guess I have to realize,
that I need to set you free.

But please tell me straight up
was our love true,
or was there never really
a just "me and you."

Because she's the one
who caught your eye.
She's that special girl
who constantly made me cry.

But I guess you deserve her,
she's better than me.
She's more amazing to you,
than I'll ever be.

Her hands the one
that you want to hold.
While I sit here and watch you two,
lonely and cold.

Her bodies the one,
that you wish to brace tight,
when I lye here hurting
all through the night.

Her face is the one,
you wanna put smiles.
Just for her
you would walk a million miles.

But I guess I have to know,
that all in the end,
you weren't my missing piece,
to make my heart mend.

I thought I would be happy.
Apparently I was wrong.
And now I have to move on,
keeping myself to stay strong.

Well it's over now,
between you and me.
And I think I'm finally gonna,
set you off free.

    This is really veryyy heartbreakiing! it made my heart break just reading it! i can really relate to this poem.. and while reading it.. i just remember the feelings that i have felt.. it's like my heart was torn out of its place, thrown on to the ground, and stepped on... like it was nothing... just a meaningless piece of rubbish.. your choice of words are really great..

    This again was very good, Its so hard to let go of someone you really care about. A couple of minor spelling errors , try spell check, It just makes it read a little better, It was very heartfelt.
