Lost Smile

Where has my smile gone?
It seems it has faded away.
You stole it from me, locked it
away and hid the key.
My smile used to mean I was happy
but now all it does is cover how I truly feel,
Since you have taken it from me I find it hard
to feel the happiness I always knew to be real.
Now all I feel is sadness and gloom but it is
covered by a fake smile that I use so
everything seems to be going my way
until they uncover my unhappiness one day.
